创业拼凑：现状评述与未来展望

摘要创业拼凑已成为研究企业克服资源约束以获得生存和成长的理论分析范式。但创业拼凑领域的实证研究证据还很零碎，缺乏系统性梳理，尚没有对构念的测量、前因、中介、边界，以及结果进行全面的归纳和总结。在回顾和述评创业拼凑理论及构念测量方式的基础上，全面梳理了现有创业拼凑实证研究文献的相关发现，并指出了当前研究所存在的不足，最后对创业拼凑的未来研究进行了展望。
