| 中国数字营商环境建设的内涵特征、现实挑战与创新路径 |

摘要 从数字基础设施,科技发展、政务环境等7个维度构建数字营商环境评价指标体系,采用嫡权法对中国30个省份2013一2022年的数字营商环境进行测度与分析。结果表明,虽然各省份的数字化营商环境总体上呈现出稳定向好趋势,但东部、中部和西部地区,以及各省份的数字营商环境存在明显差别。基于此,优化数字化营商环境,应推动数字营商环境整体协调发展、优化数字营商环境政策引导路径,加强数字营商环境基础设施建设、提升区域数字政务环境质量。
