社会网络分析视角下知识型员工创新研究计量分析

摘要 运用社会网络分析方法从关键词、研究机构、作者、国别和被引文献5个方面对SSCI所收录的知识型员工创新相关主题进行文献综述。研究发现,知识型员工创新当前还没有形成完成的理论框架和研究体系;国内外高校或研究机构还不具有主导力量并且总体上差别不明显;美国是该领域研究的主要力量,中国在该领域的研究也比较突出;并且社会网络和社会资本也是该领域研究的一个新方向。
