ESG表现对于制造业就业影响研究
——来自A股上市公司的证据

摘要 ESG理念与我国新发展理念高度契合﹐已逐渐成为推动经济高质量发展的关键策略。从制造业视角出发,以2009一2022年中国A股上市的制造业企业作为研究对象,分析制造业企业ESG表现与其就业水平之间的关系。结果表明,ESG表现的提升显著提高了制造业企业的就业水平。机制检验表明,ESG表现通过生产规模扩张效应和缓解融资约束两种机制来提高制造业企业的雇佣水平。异质性分析表明,ESG 优势在促进制造业企业就业方面的提升效应在中西部地区,国有企业及劳动密集型企业中表现更为显著。通过强调ESG表现对制造业企业就业水平的积极影响,为实现我国高质量充分就业目标提供政策参考。
